| JOSH SANTACATERINA |
Josh is the highest profile swimmer ever to swim for Nepean and certainly one of the most talented. Originally from the Brothers club in Bribane, Josh joined Nepean in 2002 and captured some the highest honours ever to be awarded to a swimmer in the Penrith District. Whilst being a true champion in the pool and the open water swimming, Josh was also a hero to many Nepean youngsters and often took time out from training at the NSWIS to give back at the club level.
Who will forget watching the Nepean cap on live national television with Josh during the final of the 400m freestyle at the 2004 Olympic Trials at Homebush. Josh become the 800m Australian champion at the same meet. |
