Nepean Swimming Club Twilight Meet
State Age 13-18 Championships

Once again Nepean Swimming Club does it. Yes we had a record number of entries and we still had a smoothly run carnival. We would like to thank all the visiting Technical Officials who helped make this possible. We also could not of done it without the help of our loyal members and some help from the BIG man upstairs who held off the rain.

If you would like a copy of the results please click on the results image above. If you would like a copy of the Meet Manager results CLICK HERE.

Don't forget that our Winter Family Meet will be held in early July this year so check back here for details.

The Nepean Swimming Club will be sending a team of swimmers to the State Age 13-18 Championships to be held between the 4th and 9th of January 2010. This is the biggest team we have sent to the State Championships for quite some time. The Team has both Individual Swimmers and a girls 16 and Under Relay Team.

All members and the committee of Nepean Swimming Club would like to wish all of our swimmers good luck at the Championships

Once again Nepean Swimming Club ran its annual Fun Swim for Australia Day at SIRC Penrith. The day was a great day with many swimmers trying a 250 and 500 Metre swim for the first time. The club had a lot of its swimmers in attendance. Our Boys Vice Captain did us proud by going to the aid of a swimmer in distress, unfortunately the clubs Boy Captain stood by and laughed(He is a life Guard Too). I think when Adam Reid gets home he was going to speak to Brendan about his behaviour. Did I forget to mention that Adam Reid was the swimmer in distress?

How good did we all look in our new shirts!!!! If you are one of the few people yet to own your very own stylish Nepean shirt, please see Catherine Pollock to purchase one.
